eleven The invention relates to metal purgation, more specifically to the continuous casting of metals and alloys. The aim of the invention is to reduce energy costs and improve the quality of the strip. Figure 1 shows a device for continuous casting strip using two inductors, a general view; figure 2 - the same, using three inductors. The device for continuous casting of the strip contains a water-cooled metal receiver 1, consisting of two electrically isolated inductors 2 and 3 (Fig. 1) or three inductors 4 (Fig. 2), excited by alternating current from current sources 5 through control system 6, which also associated with rollers 7, engine 8 and power supply 9. Under the metal receiver 1 is placed the cooling system 10 of the cast strip 1 I, the driving rollers 12, the drum I3 and the engine 14. The position 15 shows a rod made of solid material, for example silicon, from which the strip 11 is cast. The method of continuous casting of thin strip is carried out as follows. A rod 15 of solid material, such as metal, alloy, metalloid (silicon, germanium, etc.), is continuously fed into the metal receiver 1, where it melts and in the molten state is held and formed into a strip using magnetic fields of inductors 2 , 3 and 4. The frequency of the magnetic field of the inductor 2 is Q - 50 kHz, and the frequency of the magnetic field of the inductor 3 is at least mHz. Using the invention, it is possible to cast thin strips with a high-quality mono- and polycrystalline structure, as well as to reduce the energy costs of the casting process.

Claims (2) [1] 1. A continuous casting method for a thin strip, including feeding molten material into a metal smelter, applying molten material using at least two magnetic fields created by inductors to hold and shape the strip, and stretching and cooling the strip, different in that, in order to reduce energy costs and increase the quality of the band, the first magnetic field has a frequency from 1 to 50 kHz, and the second magnetic field at least I mhz.
